Char-grilled seasonal vegetables with teriyaki sauce and kewpie mayonnaise
Ingredients
Sweet potatoes
Asparagus
Italian parsley root
Beets
Kohlrabi
Carrots
Burdock
Chicken stock
Teriyaki sauce
kewpie mayonnaise
Cut the vegetables and boil them in the chicken stock for about 10 minutes.
Brush teriyaki sauce onto the vegetables than grill them.
After the vegetables have browned, put them on a plate, add some kewpie mayonnaise and finished!
