Tuna and vegetable Nigiri-Sushi with kewpie Mayonnaise
Ingredients
Tuna steak
Baby lettuce
Chives
Avocado
White rice
Wasabi
Soy Sauce
kewpie mayonnaise
Cut the tuna into bite-sized pieces.
Place the cut avocado and tuna on the parboiled baby lettuce.
Take some rice in your hand and form the sushi with the avocado, tuna, and baby lettuce.
Squeeze out a line of kewpie mayonnaise down the center of the plate.
