Ingredients

  • Sweet potatoes
  • Asparagus
  • Italian parsley root
  • Beets
  • Kohlrabi
  • Carrots
  • Burdock
  • Chicken stock
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • kewpie mayonnaise
  1. Cut the vegetables and boil them in the chicken stock for about 10 minutes.
  2. Brush teriyaki sauce onto the vegetables than grill them.
  3. After the vegetables have browned, put them on a plate, add some kewpie mayonnaise and finished!
